Abstract: This study evaluated the effects of entrepreneurial orientation and organisational learning on performance of small and medium scale enterprises in southwest Nigeria. Specifically, the study investigated the effects of entrepreneurial orientation; examined the effects of organisational learning and investigated the mediating effects of organisational learning on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance. This research employed descriptive survey design through structured questionnaire which was administered to target respondents. Population of 25,715 small and medium scale enterprises is employed and a sample of 394 entrepreneurs was drawn using Yamane model. The study employed Stratified sampling technique. The study hypotheses were tested using multiple regression and hierarchical regression while respondent's demographic information.....
