Abstract: Purpose: The study investigated the influence of covid 19 on e-learning in University of Nairobi, Kenya. The paper is based on the following objectives:To determine the influence of student factor, to examine the influence of instructor factor on e-learning. The study was based on Davies Bogozzi and Warshaw intergrated model called Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) theory(Davis, Bogozzi and Warshaw, 1989) to measure the influence of its main latent factors on user acceptance of e-learning system in the University.
