Abstract: Menstrual hygiene management is an inadequately addressedissue in Bangladesh. Misconception, lack of knowledge, adverse attitude and specially culture of silence around menstrual hygiene increases the menstrual perception as shameful event. This study was designed to analyze the knowledge and practice of menstrual hygiene management among adolescent girls in three high school of rural areas of Khulna district, Bangladesh. Incorporatingsurvey-based investigation, a total of 300 adolescence school girls were interviewed using simple random sampling from July to October2019.
