Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship behavior on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as a mediator. This research was conducted at the Village Credit Institution (VCI) in Distric Mengwi, Denpasar - Bali. The research was carried out using quantitative methods through path analysis.
