Abstract: The world today is becoming more and more competitive. Academic achievement has become the KEY FACTOR for personal progress. Parents desire that their children climb the ladder to success as high as desire (the Parents) and not as high as possible. The desire for a higher level of achievement put a really-really high pressure on the students, the teachers, and most aptly said The Education System itself. Presently there is no tool to measure higher level of cognitive domain. Achievement of students in our Country is measured in terms of the performance of a particular student in his/her examinations. This is not at all a desirable permutation, but there cannot be any running away of this standard.......

Abstract: This review explores personalized medicine (PM) and its potential to improve healthcare by creating individualized treatment plans based on genetic and biomarker data. PM can optimize drug dosing, reduce adverse reactions, and increase clinical trial efficiency. Despite obstacles hindering its implementation, PM has significant potential in cancer, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders, infertility, and infectious diseases. Future directions for PM include the development of new biomarkers and integration of genomic and proteomic data.

Abstract: Editing and translation revision is one of required competences for learners who would like to work as translators after graduation. Yet, in many actual training programmes, there are insufficient and inconsistent teaching contents among training institutions because of absence in understanding learners' needs and matching those needs to social demands. To this end, the present study investigated needs of translation students and teachers at School of Foreign Languages, Thainguyen University, Vietnam (hereafter SFL) in terms of any congruence or discrepancies in beliefs about desired translation and translation revision competences and expected learning forms and materials by dint of independent t-test values. The findings revealed that the two groups both agree on the importance of such competences, but some of learning contents like revisions of stylistic and textual coherence are more preferred than others are. These findings will be of great usefulness for the development of the corresponding courses.
