Abstract: Unlike General English (GE) approach, English for Specific Purpose (ESP) is the language teaching approach designed to meet the specific needs of the learners. Similarly, it is an approach which focuses on the learner's reasons or purposes for learning the language. The paper seeks to find out the better approach that will tackle the dwindling language skills and competence among students of science and technology which General English (GE) fails to tackle in colleges of education. The frameworks of Hutchinson and Water (1987) as well as Stevens (1988) are used to guide the study. Abstract: Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skill, values, beliefs, and habits. Education is an essential human virtue, a necessity of society, basis of good life and sign of freedom. Education is important for integration of separate entities Special education is the practice of educating students with special educational needs in a way that addresses their individual differences and need. Due to these special requirements, students need cannot be met within the traditional classroom environment. The Individuals with Disabilities act defines special education as "Specially designed instruction, at no cost to the parent, to meet the unique needs of a child with a disability". Abstract: This article discusses law enforcement for small fishermen who use mini trawl fishing gear. This research is an empirical juridical study. The data used are primary data secondary data collected through library studies, document studies and interviews. The results showed that law enforcement for small fishermen using mini trawl fishing gear was refresive for fishermen in West Aceh District and in a preventive manner in North Aceh District. Government efforts to resolve small fishermen using Mini Trawl fishing gear.

Abstract: This study examines training and retraining: a catalyst for retooling 21st Century librarians for effective information service deliver in academic libraries in South-south, Nigeria. Abstract: Religious exclusivism is the biggest threat for multi-religious society at the same time, ambivalent thoughts among religion in religious pluralism due to religious diversity, often yields religious violence. In both of the extreme, (religious exclusivism and religious pluralism) there is the possibility of religious violence, i.e., religious riots, terrorism, mob lynching, and communalism. The objective of this paper is to discuss the significance of interreligious dialogue (IRD), its basic principle, how IRD will help us for addressing the problems of humanity (i.e., Religious diversity and contradictory thoughts in major religions, Religious Dogma, superstition, and terrorism). Abstract: This study investigated the effect of financial deepening on economic development of Nigeria and Ghana for the period 1989 to 2017. A comparative analysis was done to determine the position of financial deepening on selected macroeconomic variables (standard of living, literacy rate, interest rate, inflation, and stock market liquidity). The econometric techniques adopted are the ADF and PP unit root tests for stationarity, Johansen co integration test for long run relationship and Granger causality.
