Abstract: The main purpose of this research was to find out the Mean difference between students in Self-concept and emotional stability. The total 80 sample were taken out which 40 were Gujarati medium (14 to 17 years) students and 40 were English medium (14 to 17 years) students. The research tool for Self-conceptscale was developed by Dr. S. P. Ahluwalia‟sandEmotional stability scale was developed by Dr. A. Sengupta and Dr. A. K. Singh scale was used. Here Guajarati adaption used and the t-test was applied to check the difference of Self-concept and emotional stability and the Karl-person "r‟ method used to check the correlation. Result reveals that no significant difference in Self-concept in students and significant difference in emotional stability in students. While co-relation between Self-concept and Emotional Stability revels 1.00 positive correlation.

Abstract: The study examined the contributions of age grade-facilitated projects to the socio-economic development of the Southern Senatorial District of Cross River State, Nigeria. A cross-sectional survey research design was used for the study, with three hundred and eighty four questionnaires distributed to respondents purposively selected from the study area. Data were analysed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique at the 0.5 level of significance. The results showed that age grade-facilitated infrastructure significantly contributed to the socio-economic development through improved power supply, access roads and portable drinking water in the Southern Senatorial District of Cross River State. Abstract: Several studies on psychosocial risk factors have shown their relationship with the Burnout Syndrome. The present study used an observational, cross-sectional and descriptive design. The participants werethe members of theEconomically Active Population (EAP) of Colombia. The sample was integrated by 359 workers from diverse occupations and professions.The main objective was to identify psychosocial factors perceived as negative and their association with the Burnout Syndrome. Abstract: The purpose of this study is: To Describe the Land Status of the Former Business Use Rights of PT Usaha Semesta Jaya in Nagan Raya Regency, and to map the projection of the former land of PT Usaha Semesta Jaya's use of land in relation to the scope of his research with community claims. The research method is empirical juridical using secondary data sourced from primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials.
