Abstract: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is perceived by most organizations (small and medium enterprises inclusive), as the managerial obligation to protect the interest and welfare of the society and that of the business. This study used four stakeholders' dimensions of CSR namely: workplace, marketplace, environment and community, to examine their influence on the performance of medium-scale enterprises (MSEs) in South-West, Nigeria. The study employed Taro Yemani sampling determination to select 255 firms drawn from 583 registered MSEs in the manufacturing and services sector operating in South-West, Nigeria. Abstract: The functioning of an organization depends on the conditions that prevail in it and which inevitably affect executives and employees in the exercise of their daily work. Abstract: The study employs a cross sectional descriptive survey design to gather information from respondents on cyber security risk assessment in banking sector: challenges and ways forward. One major observation made in the research is that, information attacks can be launched by anyone, from anywhere. This indeed emphasizes the need for the government security agencies and banks information security experts to note that there is need to keep up with technological and security advancements. It will always be a lost battle if security professionals are miles behind the cyber criminals.

Abstract: Road traffic congestion is a global phenomenon in many cities. Researchers, planners, and policymakers have explained the causes and solutions of road traffic congestion from different perspectives. The objective of this paper is to discuss the reasons why road traffic congestion persists in cities in Ghana and to offer a policy solution to ease the challenge. A review of secondary data was done from both local and foreign literature on road traffic congestion. From it, a proposed traffic congestion solution, and a model was developed to address persistent traffic congestion. The model spells out the root causes and characteristics of road traffic congestion to explain the causes of congestion. Abstract: Online degree is another means one can use to obtain any form of a degree but it is not attractive to the Ghanaian employer, this is because they do not trust it. This research seeks to investigate the factors that militate against the acceptability of online degrees, compare it to the traditional regular degree and also find out why the Ghanaian employer does not seem to trust it. The purposive sampling technique was used to collect information from students, the media and the employers.
