Abstract: Just as there is a hierarchy in the caste system, there exists hierarchy among the Dalits themselves. The community of Puthirai Vannar is considered to be in the lowest rung. They are known as Dalits among Dalits, labelled and kept aside as "unseeables‟ – the mere sight of them makes the upper caste and superior Dalits defiled. This study aims at understanding the inner subjective world of the Puthirai Vannars and how they give meaning to their life. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with six people who belong to Puthirai Vannar community and have personal experience of caste discriminations. Abstract: This study explored social and environmental risk factors of problematic gambling in six schools in Wollega zonal town, West Ethiopia, among students (N = 300) ranging from 14 to 22 years of age and methods was snowball sampling used. Abstract: In 2005, banking sector restricted, re- engineered and recognized through consolidation exercise which not only reduced the numerical strength of the bank but also made them to operate supermarket banking by diversifying their capital structure. The numerical strength stinks to 25 from 89, in which the equity financing (shareholders funds) grew geometrically from an average of sixty two billion naira (N62bn) to seventy three billion naira (N73bn) (Central Bank of Nigeria, 2005) and also there was a drastically fall of funds borrowed from sixty four billion naira (N64bn) in the year 2004 to (N47bn) in 2005. Abstract: Revenant sur la question des stratégies de guérison convoquées par les populations pendant les crises militaro-politiques, ce papier, aussi modeste fut-elle, est une contribution au débat sur les formes et expressions de résilience en matière de santé. Abstract: This research is implemented to investigate the factors that hinder students' participation in speaking activities at Ba Ria – Vung Tau University. The research's subjects are the teachers and the second – major students of English from Ba Ria – Vung Tau University. The results from the questionnaires, the class observations and the interview reports show that the factors coming from teachers, students and classroom have been regarded as important factors affecting remarkably students' participation in speaking lessons. Also, the findings of the research demonstrate that teachers should pay adequate attention to their teaching techniques to increase students' involvement in teaching speaking.........
