Abstract: There are 8264 women working in CISF, at the time of writing. This is a very small minority in a Department that is more than 1,50,000 strong. But, this is the largest group of women in all the CAPF‟s. The first batch of women Constables was recruited in 1987, the first batch of women SI‟s in 1990, the first ASI‟s in 2010, and the very first woman AC was Mrs. Alaka Nanda Dash in 1989, who has since quit on VR. The early batches of lady Constable‟s and SI‟s were trained in the Training Centre in Barwaha, MP. Mrs. Dash was trained in the CRPF Academy in Mount.........

Abstract: The Igbo language belongs to the Benue Congo family, spoken predominantly in the South-east part of Nigeria. It is among the Kwa group of languages in Nigeria. Although, the Igbo language does not have clear overt morphological marker for expressing manner adverbial notions, yet the expression of manner adverbial notion is attested in the language in various ways. This paper explores the syntax of manner adverbials in the Igbo language with the aim to identify the strategies the language employs in expressing manner adverbial notions, their syntactic distributions and the degree to which they operate in the language. Abstract: This paper intends to study the level of Stress, student teachers of secondary level experience during their pre practice teaching period. It also compares the level of Stress experienced by student teachers at secondary level prior to the teaching practice; based on gender, region, type of management of the institution and qualification. The study revealed that about one sixth of the student teachers experience high level of stress before teaching practice. The study also showed that the student teachers of government colleges experienced more stress than student teachers of aided colleges, unaided colleges, and university teacher education colleges (UCTEs) while student teachers of aided colleges had lower stress than student teachers of the other three types of institutions mentioned.

Abstract: The unique role played by commercial crime investigators in the civilized society cannot be overemphasized. They are very critical societal agents for the attainment, preservation and promotion of security in the society. This has made many psychologists, criminologists and sociologists to stress the importance of understanding the institution of investigating and policing. This study therefore examined the influence of agency culture, training and technological application on commercial crime investigators‟ effectiveness across four agencies (Police, EFCC, Customs, and NDLEA) in Nigeria. Abstract: The use of technology for the advancement of the present society has increased. The internet is one of the pioneers of the technology, which contributing much for the advancement of society. The use of internet increasing the pace of human resource development of behavior change of manpower towards society, education, economy etc. The aim of this study is to investigate the purpose of students' internet use and also to examine their attitudes towards socio-economic perspectives. The participants of the study are 200 students from different discipline at Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University (JKKNIU). To perform this study the researcher's developed questionnaire was structured and Likert scale. The quantitative data have been analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and a significant relationship was found regarding the students' use of internet and their attitudes towards socio-economic perspectives. The results of the study indicate that students find information easily from internet and the use of information plays a functional role of behavioral changes..

Abstract: Setelah Perang Dunia II, kolonialisme Inggris bermaksud mengukuhkan kembali hegemoni dan dominasinya di Semenanjung Melayu. Namun, kaum aristokrat Melayu yang terdidik sejak masa kolonial menentang rencana tersebut. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the practices and challenges of Preschool implementation in Southern, Nations', Nationalities' and People's Region. Accordingly, the study aimed in answering the following research questions; namely, the relevance of the curriculum; competency and qualification of preschool teachers in the effective implementation of the program. The study employed descriptive survey research design and methodology and gathered information from primary and secondary sources using qualitative and quantitative approaches of data collection. Abstract: This research purposed to find out the types of politeness strategy used by using Brown & Levinson theory (1987) and to find out the most dominant of politeness strategy used by the English teacher and grade eight students in classroom conversation. This research used qualitative research design. The subject of this research was one english teacher and sixty studentsat grade eight. The Object of this research was conversation between teacher and students. The result of this research was found that there are four strategy used by teacher namely, bald on record, positive politeness, and negative politeness with percentage 21.8 % bald on record, 64.5 % postive politeness, 4.5 % negative politeness, and 9.0 % off......

Abstract: TThe main purpose of this study was to investigate the extent of readiness of preschool students for primary school education and pinpoint its most determinant factors in South Nations, Nationalities and People‟s Region (SNNPR). Abstract: Ethiopian association football has faced a brisk collapse from the African cup of Nation as well as world development of football. Still Amateur-Professional players are presenting in Ethiopian Football leagues with vast number and given the status of Ethiopian football league are called by this nomenclature. The purpose of the study aimed at to assess and evaluate the current practices of youth football projects regarding talent identification and player training of the youth football projects in Sheka zone. Abstract: This study analysed the relationship between organisational structure (OS) and employee commitment (EC) of academic staff. The aspects of OS that were related to EC were formalisation, centralisation and complexity. This correlational and cross-sectional study was carried out on 145 academic staff of a branch of a private university in Uganda using a self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, Factor Analysis, Cronbach alpha (α) tests and correlation analysis were carried out. Descriptive analysis revealed that affective commitment of academic staff was high while continuance and normative commitment were moderate.
