Abstract: The Virgin in the Garden is a piece of artistry that interrogates the conceptions confined inside the frame and its authentic motivation. The fiction appears to be an amazingly scholarly and cultured amusement within which insight, sophistication, sensuality and desire, Elizabethan drama and modern farce and humour, converges abundantly and uncertainly. Principal amidst the novel‟s communal involvements one can observe sexual urge and passion through its modes of premarital, marital, extramarital and homosexual affairs. These in turn advocate complications that these accord, conceive and generate difficulty in the thread of action. The copiousness of emblematic.........

Abstract: The creative aspect of art music in Ghana and Africa as a whole has focused primarily on the composition of either choral or few instrumental forms. Apart from Blege's ―Kristo‖ and Mereku's ―Asomdwee Hen‖, there is, however, comparatively less compositions that combine theatrical elements to an eventual performance. This article therefore sought to establish a compositional model – Anansegorndwom - for creating musical dramas which would be characteristically African to give directions to modern art music composers to create such works intended for wide audience. Through theoretical reviews, the study brings into existence a compositional model for creating musical dramas that convey Ghanaian existing indigenous stories other than the sound elements in our folk traditions through choral........

Productivity and production efficiency greatly influenced by the female workers. Discrimination, security and safety in the workplace for female workers were always questionable even at present the scenario did not change significantly. Despite being hard working and devoted towards the organization they are not being treated as similar as their fellow male workers. Deprivation from the basic rights like wages, maternity leaves, no reward for effort, other leaves, sanitary facilities became very common in most of the factories. Existing law regarding the rights of the workers are not..........

Abstract: Hypothesis testing is an essential activity of evidence-based research. A well worked up hypothesis is partially the answer to the research question. For this, both understanding of the subject matter consequent from general review of the literature and working knowledge of basic statistical concepts are enviable. This paper discusses the methods of working up a good hypothesis and statistical concepts of hypothesis testing and Types..

Abstract: The need for the government to expand education to address the question of access and the demand to enhance quality of education are the double pressures that primary schools in Ethiopia are to tackle. This study was conducted to assess the practices and challenges of clustering primary schools and creating cluster resource centres in some selected zones and special districts of SNNPRS. To accomplish this task a mixed research approach using both quantitative and qualitative data gathering and analysis was employed. Data source for the study were 462 teachers and 205 school leaders (school principals, CRCs focal persons, and experts of woreda education office). The data were collected through questionnaire, interviews, observation and document review. Accordingly, it was explored that the clustered schools and created resource centres in primary schools of the study area were nominal and not organized.......

Abstract: This paper offers an analysis of the impact of GDP growth on Human Development in the Caribbean. To do so, I define an econometric model as the expression of the impact of GDP Growth on the Human Development. In the equation, GDP growth rate is used as an expression of GDP growth and the Human Development Index (HDI) is used as an expression of Human development.GDP per capita is also added to complete the equation. Pattern for the year 2017 is used as benchmark. In both the simple and multiple regressions of the model, results show that the effects are positive. From this, it can be inferred that there is a positive correlation between GDP growth and Human Development in the Caribbean countries.

Abstract: This quasi experimental research is designed to find the effect of applying Scientific Approach Based English Learning Strategy (SABELS) on students' ability in designing research proposal. The population of this research is 235 undergraduate students of fifth semester, who contract Research Methodology Course, at English Study Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Nommensen HKBP University in Pematangsiantar Municipality. The sample of this research is randomly chosen based on their classes. Students of Group G is as experimental group; and the control group is students of group F. Each of group consists of 35 students. To collect the data, test of designing a quantitative research proposal is administered. Using t-test in analyzing data, it is found that t-value (2,36) is higher than t-table (1,667) at level of significant 5%. This means that using SABELS is effective to develop students' ability in designing research proposal..
