Abstract: The standard dictionary defines 'Leader' as the action of leading a group of people or an organization. In the Arunachal context, finding a precise definition of youth leader could be one of the most difficult tasks. Arunachal Pradesh has a distinct history, as compared to other states of the country; the role played by youth occupies a significant place in the political history of the state. The political structure of the state has also given significant reorganization to the Youth organizations. The distinct feature of the state politics is the non-existence of opposition party in the state assembly, which has naturally given the power to the youth organizations. It is therefore important to understand the emergence pattern of youth leaders. The paper would try to address some of the important factors behind the emergence of youth leaders. The paper would particularly deal with the social and economic factors for youths contesting elections, which could be of vital significance for the emergence of youth leader in Arunachal Pradesh

[5]. Youth Organizations like the District Students Union, Area Based Students Union have their Constitution and bylaws which are reviewed in every three years. On the other hand, the youth organizations like the clan and Tribe based students/youth organizations do not have specified guidelines and constitution regarding the enrollment of non-students as its members.

Abstract: The participation of women in the labour force varies considerably across developing countries. The female workers have much lower participation rates than their male counterparts and hence comprise a marginalized section. The participation of women in workforce is the outcome of various economic and social factors. Work participation rate of women has directly connected to the development of society. So if the rate of workforce participation will increase, naturally it will enhance the level of autonomy in women. Using data from Census of India 2001 and 2011 this paper attempts to analyze the spatial pattern of sex ratio, literacy rate, and female participation rate in Dakshin Dinajpur district of West Bengal. Female works participation is a driver of growth and therefore, participation rates indicate the potential for a country to grow more rapidly..

Abstract: Since the 1940s, scholars of Harvard University represented by John King Fairbank, Macfarquhar, Benjamin I. Schwartz have created the characteristic research field of overseas sinicization of Marxism. They have conducted in-depth and systematic research on sinicization of Marxism from the perspective of international scholars, and achieved a series of research results with great academic and social influence. The research of Harvard scholars involves various aspects of the sinicization of Marxism. Because their research is the representative results of examining the application and development of Marxism in China based on the ideology, values and political experience of westerners, it can provide reference for the research and discipline development of the sinicization of Marxism in China. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the original features and core issues of the study of sinicization of Marxism by Harvard scholars.

Abstract:Background: Though the government of Bangladesh has taken unprecedented initiatives to control current outbreak of the Covid-19, it has reached its stage of community spreading. For successful implementation of the control measures, it needs people's active participation, which is related to their attitudes, perceptions towards the disease. Therefore, the main objective of the study was to explore the attitudes, perceptions, and practices of the rural people of Bangladesh regarding Covid-19 outbreak. Methods: The study was conducted from 02 April, 2020 to 15 April, 2020 adopting a qualitative survey method and interviewing a total of 80 IDI participants and 40 KII participants over the phone from the selected 8 administrative upazilas and unions applying a multistage random sampling technique covering all the 8 administrative divisions of the country. Abstract: Chetan Bhagat is one of the most important novelists of present-day Indian English literature. Abstract: This article efforts to analyse the status of political empowerment of women in India. The political empowerment of women is a social process crucial to development and progress. Abstract: Two primary drivers have provided a prolonged growth of the world economy. They are [1] development of the underdeveloped countries, and [2] the impact of science and technology. The free market economy facilitated this growth. It has been postulated that in the next 15-20 years these two drivers of the economy will run out of steam and the world economic growth will be next to zero or very minimal. The hypothesis postulates that the effect on the world economy will be slow but not easily reversible. The author advocates the phrase MEGA-Economics to emphasize: "study of the global economy and its dynamics over a period of a century or longer time frame". The author also discusses other socio-political factors that are likely to make this challenge even more formidable. Finally, the author suggests that his qualitative scenario should further be analyzed quantitatively so that we are well prepared with future challenges in the world economy.
