Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyzes the ideals of laws and regulations in Indonesia on legal assistance based on the perspective of criminal procedural law and human rights. This research uses normative research methods. The collection of legal materials is done by using literature study techniques. The legal material obtained in this study was then analyzed qualitatively with a comparative approach to present conclusions and answer the research objectives. The results show that not all people can protect themselves before the court when they have legal problems. In addition, not all people understand legal issues or how the judicial mechanism works. Abstract: The purpose of the study was to investigate the influence of single and dual parenting on the psychological adjustment of teenage boys in Kikambala, Kilifi County, Kenya. The objectives were; toexamine the influence of sensitivity to criticism amongst teenage boys on psychological adjustment; to examine the influence of teens hostility on psychological adjustment amongst teenage boys; to investigate the influence of social withdrawal on psychological adjustment of the teenage boys and to evaluate the influence of excessive pre-occupation of personal problems on psychological adjustment of teenage boys in primary schools in Kikambala, Kilifi County. The study adopted Circumplex Model of Marital and Family Systems theory in attempt to describe the psychological adjustment.........

Abstract: Background: Indian womanhood is marching towards liberty and equality. The forces of urbanization and globalization have provided women new avenues to express themselves. They have come out of their four walls of their homes in search of economic gain as well as fulfillment of their desires in attempting to fulfill the demands of both worlds, at home and outside. A woman has to play the role of wife, mother and wage earner. Along with the traditional roles she has needs to fulfill the professional roles. The overlapping responsibilities lead to a number of stresses among working women. Spiritual well being has a substantial impact on encouraging women to have better relationships with themselves, others and the unknown. Abstract: This study examined the effect of capital structure determinants on financial performance of manufacturing firms in Nigeria. Data covered the periods of 2010 to 2019. Panel regression technique was used to examine the effect of leverage, liquidity, firms' size, age and corporate tax on return on asset. Based on the result of the random regression technique, it was found that leverage had negative and significant effect on return on asset. Also, it was found that liquidity had negative and significant effect on return on asset.Furthermore, findings from the study showed that firm size had negative and significant effect on return on asset. On the other hand, it was established that corporate tax had positive and significant effect on return on asset. Finally, it was revealed that age had positive but insignificant effect on return on asset.

Abstract: This article is trying to study the women-centric mindset of two contemporary colonial Indian Congressmen, healing from two opposite corners of 19th and 20th century colonial India. Bipan Chandra Pal was famous for his extremist ideology within the Indian National congress and on the contrary, Gandhi was world-famous for his philosophy of 'ahimsa'. In a conventional sense, the two ideologies, extremism and ahimsa, seemed contradictory to each other, putting Pal and Gandhi into opposite quarters within the INC. But it is surprising to find out that both Pal and Gandhi had shared a very similar, if not exactly the same, mindset on the vital question of the societal upliftment of colonial Indian women. This article's sole objective is to highlight Pal and Gandhi's different opinions on different issues related to women and the similarity in their solutions on the same subject matter for a constructive outcome.
