Abstract: Strokes are defined by the occurrence of hemorrhage in the cerebral parenchyma apart from any vascular malformation, parenchymal abnormality or any coagulation disease that could explain the bleeding. It is a less frequent neurovascular emergency than in cerebral infarction but more serious cerebral imaging (CT and MRI) has improved the diagnostic and therapeutic management of hemorrhagic strokes, and consequently the prognosis of patients by minimizing sequelae and transfer to intensive care units. Abstract: Resumo: O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar as contribuições dos jogos digitais para a promoção da inclusão escolar desses alunos. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa exploratória de abordagem qualitativa com dezesseis professores de uma escola privada de um município brasileiro. Foram aplicadas entrevistas semi estruturadas com os professores, sendo os dados analisados através da técnica da análise de conteúdo. Abstract: Resumo: A presente pesquisa buscou analisar como a percepção de profissionais da educação sobre a gestão do clima organizacional em uma instituição pública brasileira. Trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, a qual foi realizada sob a orientação de uma abordagem quantitativa com dez professores da instituição em estudo. A coleta de dados envolveu a aplicação de questionários estruturados com uma escala Likert de cinco pontos. Como resultado, constatou-se divergências significativas entre os professores. Aspectos como comunicação interna, desenvolvimento profissional, reconhecimento pela administração, ambiente de trabalho, condições físicas, satisfação e clima organizacional revelaram discordâncias. Abstract: This article aims to analyze the institution of the judge of guarantees, introduced in the brazilian Code of Criminal Procedure by the Law 13,964/2019, seeking to investigate and reflect on the relevance of that institution and its conformity with the accusatory structure of the Brazilian criminal process, and to understand the fundamentals that inspired its creation.
