Abstract: The type of this research is classroom action research (CAR). This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian reading skills by applying the word square type of cooperative learning model to eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Galesong Utara. Galesong Utara District, Regency of Takalar. To answer the questions, the data were analyzed and described. This research was held at SMP Negeri 2 Galesong Utara, Galesong Utara District, Takalar Regency. Abstract: A tourism website is essentially an important domain in realizing the tourism products. Indeed, official tourism websites can be very powerful tool in representing the norms and values, which travelers should purportedly observe. However, there is only limited research on the constructions of tourism destination images and in particular on how official tourism websites promote products. Therefore, this study aimed at examininghow the effective use of language and visual elements in realizing the Indonesian culinary on the official tourism website of Indonesia (OTWI). Abstract: Bangladesh is a fertile land of child labour. Child labour is a visible part of everyday life of Bangladesh. Child labour is experiencing in every sector of Bangladeshi labour market like agriculture, transport , textile, restaurant , ship breaking, recycling operations etc. This paper tries to scrutinize the present scenario and severity of child labour.This paper proceeds to foreground the ILO Convention No.182,ICCPR, ICESCR and discusses laws, strategies and policies of the country aligned with International Standards.This paper also speaks about the challenges in the way to eliminate child labour. Finally some recommendations have been provided on what government can do further in partnership with civil society to eliminate child labour.

Abstract: This paper analyses the songs and libation texts of the AboakyerFestival of the Efutu in the Central Region of Ghana.It criticallyanalyses the literary elements that provide the silver lining of the songs and libation texts and brings out their stylistic and aesthetic values.The paper analysesthese selected oral pieces to bring out the devices of language embedded them.The core proposition of this paper is that AboakyerFestival songs and libation texts have their own aesthetic features and various language devices including repetition, exclamatory statements and metaphor.The paper argues that, like other traditional oral pieces, the AboakyerFestival songs and libation texts constitute great oral literature which can be appreciated in much the same way as written literature..

Abstract: Resources play major roles in improving livelihoods globally. From studies undertaken, natural resources have impacted on people‟s socio economic, political and cultural lifestyle but there is need for resource mobilization due to its elusiveness. There is a great link between resources and livelihoods which means even after mobilization there has not been easy to ascertain the impact of resource mobilization on people‟s livelihoods. The role played by resources cannot be underestimated, the key questions people fail to relate is the relationship between resource mobilization and the people‟s livelihoods. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to assess the practices and challenges of school based teachers' continuous professional development in government secondary schools of Arbaminch city administration in GamoGofa Zone. Abstract: Inclusion of the physically challenged learners in public primary schools has been quite a challenge as many of these children are still at home and have attained school going age while some have even passed the school going age. The purpose of this study was to assess the availability of facilities for physically challenged pupils in public primary schools in Kericho County. Lev Vygotsky Social–Cultural Constructivism Theory informed the study. The study utilized a descriptive survey design. Abstract: The objective of this research was to analyze and find out some factors which influenced offering the elderly as workers in Medan. Independent variables were education, health, earnings, dependents, and occupational status. The samples were 100 respondents. Primary data were gathered by conducting interviews, observation, and questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple linear regression models with E-views 7 program. The result of the research showed that the variables of education, earnings, and dependents had positive and significant influence on offering the elderly as workers in Medan. There was the difference in offering the elderly as workers in Medan, based on health, but there was no difference in offering the elderly as workers in Medan, based on occupational status
