Abstract: Background:-Patient satisfaction with emergency department care is the most important predictor of overall satisfaction with their hospital care. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effective factors in Patients‟ satisfaction with the emergency department. Methods:-A cross-sectional survey was carried out from April 2014 to July 2014. The study sample consisted of 330 patients visiting the emergency department of an urban tertiary level teaching hospital in Rabat, Morocco. Subjects were selected through simple random sampling method. Data was collected using a questionaire. whose validity was determined using the content validity. Reliability of the questionnaire was checked using Cronbach α coefficient. To identify the most important factors affecting patient satisfaction, factorial analysis technique was used...............

Abstract: Nembe Se is a traditional Kingdom in the Southern part of Nigeria, East of the Niger Delta. They occupy all the Nembe speaking communities in Nembe and Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa State in Nigeria. The Niger Delta region is a unique ecological zone in Nigeria with an area covering approximately 70,000 square kilometres and makes up to 7.5% of Nigeria's land mass. It is politically made up of more than 40 ethnic groups and about 250 different dialects. The region is rich in natural resources embedded in their environment and culture which is seen in their social, political, cultural, religious, economic and traditional systems on daily bases, making it a viable tourist attraction if well preserved...........

Abstract: India is the second most populous country in the world and having rich indigenous knowledge and healthcare systems to cure the sickness and diseases. Despite having modern medical facilities, most of the rural and tribal dwellers used to avail traditional or indigenous healthcare as the modern medicine is locally available, homemade and cost effective too. The fact is that privatization of modern medical-care has become costlier as the hospitals act like money spinning machines for the corporate sectors, thereby, the poor is unable to access such treatment. As a result, the folk isforced to visit the local faith healers or medicinal man to get rid of their diseases or health problems..............

Abstract: Burnout phenomenon in the teaching career is worth given a fair attention because if left unchecked, it can lead to detrimental effects on teachers, students and the teaching career itself. This study aims to discover the burnout level of primary and secondary school teachers in Samarahan District as measured by their scores on Emotional Exhaustion, Physical Exhaustion, Depersonalisation and Reduced Personal Accomplishment items. Besides, it also aims to find out whether significant relationships exist between teacher burnout dimensions and teachers‟ period of service, subject option and the school setting. Fifty teachers were randomly selected as sample and a Survey design using a questionnaire was employed as a data collection tool in this study........
