Abstract: Nigeria operates a federal system of government and power is allocated to federal, state and local governments. Collaborative efforts was encouraged to promote socio-economic development. Unfortunately due lack of diversification of the economy and over concentration on crude oil, it now operates a monolithiceconomy. Federal government on monthly bases share the proceed to the three levels of government but ironically, nothing significant is shown for the huge allocations due to corrupt practises by public servant..............

Abstract: Agrtiturism is a growing industry in many parts of the world. At present, agritourism is promoted by most of the countries in the world aiming at sustainable rural development. This study intends to identify and analyze the potential for agritourism development in Sri Lanka with special reference to five farming areas in Kegalle district, Sri Lanka. SWOT analysis used to identify the possibility of agritourism in this areas. The emergence of the term ―organic farming‖ describes a distinct system of agriculture compared to conventional or industrial agriculture. U.S. farmers planning to market their products as ―organic‖ must be certified following USDA procedures. In Alabama, most producers, with small-scale farms, prefer to sell their ―natural‖ or ―organically-oriented‖ products directly to the consumers without USDA certification.........

Abstract: The objective of the present study is to determine if there is a relationship between attachment, proactive–reactive aggression and peer victimization among middle (aged between 13-15 years) and late adolescent (aged between 16-18 years) boys and girls. A non-probabilitypurposive sampling method was used to select asample (N=195) from different schools in Hyderabad. The Inventory of Parent Peer Attachment (Armsden& Greenberg, 1987), Reactive-Proactive Aggression Questionnaire (Dodge &Coie, 1987) and Multidimensional Peer Victimization Scale (Mynard& Joseph, 2000) were administered to measure attachment, aggression and victimization respectively.......

Abstract: This paper attempts to find out the relationship between sex and area of residence with respect to the two dimensions of personality (neuroticism and extraversion) of the college students in Manipur. Data were collected from a sample of 534 Meitei students in the age group 18-24, studying in both general and professional government colleges in the four (4) valley districts of Manipur. Data were statistically analysed using Chi-square test and percentage. Results indicated that significant relationship has been found between sex and area of residence with respect to A(average) category of both neuroticism and extraversion dimensions, while sex and area of residence are independent with respect to D (deviated), and HD (highly deviated) categories of both neuroticism and extraversion dimensions.
